Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements as per
IND-AS
and
Companies Act
.
Manage
taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
and ensure all
RERA and statutory compliances
.
Prepare
budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
; perform variance and profitability analysis.
Handle
project accounting, costing
, and inter-division reconciliations.
Oversee
cash flow, fund management
, and banking relationships.
Support
audits
, implement
internal controls
, and streamline accounting processes.
Contribute to financial planning and business decisions across real estate, manufacturing, and warehousing units.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
.
At least 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience.

Strong knowledge of
accounting standards, taxation, and RERA
.
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP / Excel
.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and good with communication and leadership.
