We have an opening for a Chartered Accountant.

Location: Bagalkot - Karnataka

Qualification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Salary: Up to ?20 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful reports to senior management.

* Taxation: Manage and ensure timely compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations, including Income Tax and GST filings. Handle tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.

* Auditing & Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to all accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and other statutory and regulatory requirements.

* Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

* Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and other treasury functions.

* Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control over financial operations
