Job Description

As a Chartered Accountant at Agro Chemical Industry in Ahmedabad, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and year-to-date financial results in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. - Independently coordinating with the Statutory Auditor for finalizing books of accounts, resolving queries, discussing audit reports, and ensuring timely closure of audits. - Generating stand-alone & consolidated financial statements, notes to accounts, and disclosures in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs). - Reviewing and analyzing trial balances, conducting regular ledger scrutiny, and maintaining accurate books of accounts to facilitate smooth report generation from ERP. - Preparing working notes and necessary documentation for Cost Audit, Tax Audit, and ensuring timely closure of audits by addressing queries and discussing reports. - Conducting month closure activities to ensure timely closure of periodic books of accounts, reviewing monthly P&L statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Monitoring and optimizing various procedures to comply with Risk Assessment Control Matrix (RACM), Internal Financial Control (IFC), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
