Key Responsibilities: - Create/draft high-quality Charter Party agreements for clients based on clean fixture recap. - Manage Contracts using Globally Standard Platforms, ensuring accuracy and prompt typing to avoid negotiation delays. - Coordinate with Ship Owners and Charterers to facilitate smooth and timely execution of Charter Parties. - Review and amend Charter Parties based on client requests. - Regularly track and follow up on Charter Parties until execution. - Perform additional/ad hoc duties as needed to support business requirements.
