Position Overview:

qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely monthly/quarterly/annual closing.
• Prepare financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Consolidate accounts across multiple business units and entities (India & UK).

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
• Support management with cost control and revenue optimization insights.

Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors; ensure timely completion of audits.
• Ensure compliance with

  Income Tax, GST, ROC, TDS, FEMA

  , and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file periodic returns as per statutory deadlines.

Taxation

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (TDS, GST filings, etc.).
• Assist in international taxation and transfer pricing-related matters.

Banking & Treasury

• Manage cash flows, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with banks for facilities, forex transactions, and reconciliations.

Management Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to the management team.
• Support business decision-making with accurate financial analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with 05 years of post-qualification experience (hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in

  Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel / Power BI

  (any ERP experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple entities.
