Job Description

Overview

The Chart Research QA Specialist is responsible for reviewing medical files to ensure accuracy and validate that Chart Research Department procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

Monitors quality via reporting on one Chart Research Specialist per week to ensure team is meeting quality goals.
Coaches Chart Research Representatives if goals are not being met.
Collaborates with Chart Research Supervisor and Chart Research Manager to find and develop training and system enhancement opportunities.
Alerts Chart Research Supervisor and Chart Research Manager to any trends.
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
At least six (6) months of experience in handling patient health information and/or medical records.
