Channel Service Manager – Aftermarket

We are hiring Channel Service Managers – Aftermarket to be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves providing technical assistance to workshops, resolving customer complaints effectively, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
• Provide technical assistance to workshops and escalate when required.
• Ensure timely closure of customer complaints with high-quality service.
• Manage customer relationships and build trust through proactive engagement.
• Drive aftermarket offerings awareness and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead and guide team members where required (AM/DM level responsibilities).

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Graduation – BE (Mechanical).
• Experience: 3–9 years in automotive aftermarket services.
• Strong background in customer handling & relationship management.
• Technical expertise in commercial vehicles / automotive domain.
• Regional language proficiency (specific to location) and English fluency required.
• Strong leadership skills and customer-first mindset.

• Relocation: Local talent preferred but not mandatory; relocation assistance provided (travel, family stay for 15 days).

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,450,000.00 per year
