Channel Sales Executive/ Sourcing Manager

You will be joining Suraksha Smart City, Vasai as a Sourcing Manager in the real estate team. Your role will involve managing the sourcing process for real estate transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include going for CPs meetings, building a network of CPs in the surrounding area, and helping CPs understand the projects. You will need to stay updated on products and offerings, act as a liaison between CPs and the Developer, and provide necessary marketing support to CPs. It will be your responsibility to explore new CP avenues, conduct regular CP meets during launches and sustenance, train CPs on product details, and capture weekend walk-in data. We are considering candidates from Mumbai suburbs, Navi Mumbai, or Thane, but you must be available to visit the office on Saturdays and Sundays. A positive attitude, hardworking nature, and a background in real estate are essential requirements for this role. The location of the job is in Vasai East, and we offer pickup and drop facilities from Vasai East station. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing sales.
