Channel Partner head

As a Channel Partner Manager, your role involves developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing necessary support and training, and overseeing the performance of existing partners. Your collaboration with the sales team is crucial to align efforts and meet mutual goals. Your key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, ensuring support and training for partner success, managing partner performance to enhance sales and revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. You will also be involved in monitoring industry trends, creating and managing channel partner budgets, and implementing various partner programs such as training, marketing, and incentives. Additionally, you will measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics like sales and revenue, address conflicts and challenges within the channel, offer guidance on product offerings, and participate in industry events to promote the company. Your role requires 3-5 years of experience in channel management or sales, proficiency in CRM software, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You must possess knowledge of sales techniques, strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, effective time management and organizational skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to change, confidentiality maintenance, and a proactive approach to relationship building are essential attributes for success in this role.
