As a Channel Operations Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth partner engagement, accurate data management, and efficient process execution across the partner lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Effectively evaluating opportunities and providing backend support to enhance customer and partner experience, operational efficiencies, and cost. - Improving operational workflows and implementing automation initiatives to streamline processes. - Generating, analyzing, and presenting customized reports and data to partners and management, offering valuable insights and actionable recommendations. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and ensuring smooth operations. - Monitoring and reporting on partner performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance to drive improvements. - Assisting in the execution of partner programs, communications, and feedback consolidation to enhance engagement. - Responding to internal team and partner inquiries promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction. - Managing and supporting the process of driving open orders with partners and cross-functional teams. - Conducting case analysis and providing intelligent insights for management decision-making. - Observing, tracking, and reporting trends on product capabilities by capturing frequent issues.
