Channel Operation Support

The Channel Operations Support Executive role offers a competitive CTC of 7 Lakh per annum with 2 resources required, one each located in Bangalore and Gurgaon. As a Channel Operations Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and daily operational support to ensure seamless partner engagement, accurate data management, and efficient process execution throughout the partner lifecycle in India. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating opportunities to enhance customer and partner experiences, improving operational workflows, implementing automation initiatives, generating and analyzing customized reports for partners and management, coordinating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, monitoring partner performance metrics and compliance, assisting in partner program execution, responding to internal team and partner inquiries, managing open orders with partners and cross functions, analyzing cases to provide intelligent inputs to management, and tracking and reporting trends on product capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, strong collaboration skills, a growth mindset, and hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
