Role & responsibilities Design and execute enterprise change strategies aligned with the goals of the ServiceNow Program, including adoption of SPM, ITSM, and related modules. Develop and implement communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and reinforcement plans that support user readiness and adoption. Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, and Business Leaders to embed change management in project planning and execution. Assess organizational impacts of process and technology changes and develop targeted interventions to mitigate disruption. Facilitate executive alignment sessions, focus groups, and readiness assessments to inform strategic direction and address stakeholder concerns. Tailor messaging for different audiences to clearly communicate program objectives, progress, and benefits. Support the development of training materials and user enablement content in partnership with learning teams and system integrators. Track and measure effectiveness of change management efforts and adjust approach based on feedback and adoption metrics. Partner with HR, communications, and operations to ensure alignment with broader organizational initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, including leadership roles in large-scale technology programs. Demonstrated experience supporting ServiceNow implementations , especially SPM and ITSM modules, is strongly preferred. Proven ability to influence and work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units and levels, including executive leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex information into meaningful narratives. Hands-on experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and tools. Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Able to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal oversight. Preferred Skills: Prosci or other Change Management certification. Background in digital transformation or enterprise tool rollouts (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with Agile and hybrid program management environments.
