Worked as Change Coordinator Share CAB / TAB meeting invite to all key stakeholders. Share the agenda and MOM of every CAB meeting with all the participants Review and approve low complexity changes., Coordinate with the technical teams if any clarification is needed Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks Good Communication skills - Verbal and Written B2-3.5-6yrs 150K Pune/Kochi ͏ KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification Capable to collaborate with Multiple Technical towers, face the Customer, coordinate with the Vendors Effective Communication skills ͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: Process Advisory.
