Chaat Maker

We are a newly opened café that celebrates the bold, flavorful, and exciting tastes of Indian street food. Specializing in chaat, we offer a range of sweet, spicy, and tangy treats that are loved by all. We are looking for an experienced Chaat Maker to join our team and help us serve the best chaat in town! Responsibilities : Prepare and serve a variety of chaat items, including Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Dahi Puri, and more. Ensure each chaat dish is made to order with the right balance of flavors, textures, and garnishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the chaat station. Stay up to date on the latest chaat trends, and contribute ideas for new menu items. Prepare chutneys, masalas, and fillings to be used in chaat dishes. Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in every dish. Interact with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their chaat experience. Requirements : Proven experience in making a variety of chaat items in a professional kitchen or café. Strong knowledge of chaat ingredients, chutneys, and garnishes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Creative with the ability to create new and exciting chaat variations. Excellent attention to detail in presentation and taste. Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
