Responsibilities : Expertly prepare a variety of dosas, including plain dosas, masala dosas, cheese dosas, rava dosas, and more. Ensure dosas are cooked to perfection, with the right texture, crispness, and flavor. Prepare a variety of fillings and chutneys that accompany the dosas, ensuring they complement the flavors. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all orders. Manage dosa batter preparation and fermentation process. Keep the dosa station organized, clean, and stocked with fresh ingredients. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Requirements : Proven experience specifically in making dosas and their varieties (masala dosa, rava dosa, set dosa, etc.). Deep understanding of dosa batter preparation, fermentation, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality. Strong attention to detail to ensure each dosa is cooked and presented perfectly. Knowledge of South Indian chutneys, sambar, and accompaniments. Ability to follow specific recipes and innovate with new dosa creations. A passion for South Indian cuisine and a dedication to food quality.
