Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all orders. Manage dosa batter preparation and fermentation process. Keep the dosa station organized, clean, and stocked with fresh ingredients. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Requirements : Proven experience specifically in making dosas and their varieties (masala dosa, rava dosa, set dosa, etc.). Deep understanding of dosa batter preparation, fermentation, and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
