CFD/ FEA Simulation Engineer

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a CFD/FEA Simulation Engineer at AIIR Products, utilizing advanced simulation tools to predict thermal, airflow, and mechanical characteristics of system components and building living spaces. Your work will involve creating detailed models that support product design, system application, and provide essential data for various teams within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop airflow and thermal models using Ansys software to support product design and system application. - Collaborate with mechanical design engineers to develop tests correlating CFD results with physical systems. - Analyze 3D CFD results and provide feedback and design direction to other teams. - Use CFD to model airflow and thermal characteristics of living spaces to support sales efforts. - Develop FEA models using Ansys software to support mechanical product design and system application. - Process CFD and experimental data for clients using statistical tools and engineering analysis software like MATLAB and Minitab. Qualification Required: - Possess a sound engineering-related degree or equivalent, with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering being a plus. - Strong background in heat transfer and thermodynamics. - Proficient in CFD with familiarity with ANSYS Fluent. - Proficient in FEA with familiarity with ANSYS software. - Ability to create individualized models and deeper familiarity with simulation and modeling. - Appreciation for the role within the engineering lifecycle.
