Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Assistant at Matria Hospital in Kozhikode. The NA will be responsible for providing basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and ensuring overall patient comfort and safety. The NA will also assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment and support the healthcare team with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic patient care skills, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Proficiency in taking and recording vital signs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean environment
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
