Ceramic Engineering

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing of refractory raw materials such as coal tar pitch, ferro silicon nitride, carbon black NM90, and allied products.
• Identify and develop new customers in the refractory, ceramics, steel, and allied industries.
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers for product application and performance enhancement.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align customer requirements with product offerings.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive business development.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Ceramic Engineering from a reputed and recognized institute.

• Strong understanding of ceramic and refractory industries.

• 0–4 years of experience (Fresh graduates with excellent academic records may also apply; prior exposure to refractory sales/marketing will be an advantage).

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a technical sales career.
