Job description

We are looking for an immediate joiner for the position of "Senior Admission Counselor/ Center Manager" for our campus based out at Pune.

Role & responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for getting student admissions for the Jaipur center.
• Responsible for managing P&L of the profit center
• Liaison with the partnering university, coordination with internal and external Government other local bodies
• Maintaining discipline, co-ordination of all administrative activities, organizing the events of the college.
• All sales & academic related duties pertaining to operations of the campus , petty cash handling
• Manage academic records for students such as course enrollment, semester fees, etc.
• Handle administrative tasks for faculty searches and staff recruiting.
• Responsible for controlling examinations & handle student refunds
• Maintaining Fees Collection Record, daily attendance records of faculties and students.
• Maintaining basic discipline in the campus
• Ensuring exam invigilation by external auditors.
• Coordinating with the University for Mark sheets, and end degrees.
• Managing and handling legal cases, local political parties if any.
• Managing all third-party vendors and bank reconciliation

Skills required:

• Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with at least 8 years of experience in counselling and BTL activities in any education institution or university.
• Minimum age preference is 35 years.
• Candidate should be comfortable in local travelling for meeting university officials regarding any issues or attending events, seminars and education fairs.
• Candidate having knowledge of MS office, basic accounting or bank reconciliation is preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
