Designation: Centre Director

Qualifications Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)/.Any Masters degree

Experience 4-6 years managing similar set up (ideal) Or 4-6 years of retail / customer service / client servicing background Or

Young mothers willing to get back to work, with a team handling experience and customer orientation

Work Timings Weekdays 9 hours

2 Saturdays half days

Competencies & Skill Set

Good inter personal skills to handle parents and internal team. High level of customer orientation.
Should be able to handle walk ins and convert to admissionsSelf driven and attention to detailHigh sense of ownership and responsibility.Problem solving ability and MUST be a team playerPossess working knowledge in Early Childhood EducationMust be Tech friendly, needs to know Ms Office with a flair for numbers

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for entireCentreOperations and managing the team
Responsible for conversions and admissionsSingle point of contact for parents and teamMentor and coach the teamResponsible for Profit & Loss ofCentreMust be willing to travel and transfer between centres
