As an experienced store and inventory management professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making GRN, MRN & daily Entries - Conducting Stock Physical Audits - Generating Daily-Monthly stock inventory reports - Maintaining Stock & assets register - Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel - Managing Multilevel stores effectively - Handling Machines and tools warranty management - Managing PR-PO-Delivery processes - Managing PO GRN Receipts - Overseeing Store & Inventory functions including Receipt/GRN/Bill Booking/Consumption - Standardizing Store functions and inventory management - Multilevel Store & Inventory Management - Site Stores - Generating Inventory MIS for Receipt, Stock, & Consumption - Purchasing Critical Spares and managing their Receipt and Consumption - Reconciling Inventory, Spares & Consumables Stock Consumption (GL Account / Cost Centre Wise) - Expertise in managing inventory of Mechanical, Hardware, Electrical, Electronic, Paints & abrasives, Oil & Lubes, Tools and machines, Consumables, etc. - Conducting Receipt, Consumption & Stock Reconciliation - Formulating Inventory Policy - Managing Stock Level Replenishment - Ensuring Machines & Spares Warranty & Consumables Shelf-Life Management - Handling Company's machinery & other movable assets management You should possess expertise in inventory management across various categories and have a strong understanding of inventory control principles. Your role will be crucial in maintaining accurate stock levels, optimizing inventory processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store and inventory management systems.,
