Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Central Risk Manager with 6-12 years of experience to lead our risk-based central monitoring team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks.
Design and maintain risk management frameworks and tools.
Provide training and guidance on risk management best practices.
Monitor and report on risk management performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with risk management software and tools is an asset.
