Central Merchandiser - Starlet

Role Overview: As a Central Merchandiser for Starlet Collections at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary role is to implement the merchandising strategy specifically for the exclusive collection of jewelry for kids. You will work towards aligning this strategy with the overall merchandising plan to drive growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the product catalogue and design bank for Starlet Collections, designing planograms and assortment mixes, monitoring Starlet photo shoots, and gathering insights on catchment preferences, peak seasons, and campaigns. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the rotation of aged/dead stock to optimize inventory turnover and assisting in determining the carrying cost of stocks at discounted prices.
