Central Merchandiser - Starlet

You will be responsible for implementing the merchandising strategy for Starlet Collections (exclusive collection of jewelry for kids) at Malabar Gold & Diamonds. Your role will involve aligning the merchandising strategy with the overall goals to achieve growth and profitability. You will maintain the product catalogue and design bank for Starlet collections and design planograms and assortment mixes to ensure the appropriate stock levels and designs. Additionally, you will monitor Starlet photo shoots, gather inputs on catchment preferences, peak seasons, and campaigns, and manage the rotation of aged or dead stock to optimize inventory turnover. Your analytical skills, multilingual abilities, and attention to detail will be crucial in this role. As a Central Merchandiser - Starlet, you will be part of the Retail Sales functional area based in Calicut, Kerala, India. The educational qualification required for this position is graduation, and the ideal candidate should be 30 years of age or above with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
