Job Description

As a Center Manager/Center Head, you will be responsible for managing the center activities, branding, and sales promotion for our educational institution. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Having good communication skills in English - Counseling students and parents who visit the center - Conducting tele marketing, creating brand awareness, promoting brand loyalty, closing sales, providing customer service, and internal marketing activities - Scheduling batches for test preparation and conducting admission counseling sessions - Identifying prospective leads, generating business from existing students, and achieving business targets - Ensuring timely delivery of services to students post-enrollment - Encouraging telephonic and other leads to visit the center for counseling - Maintaining accurate records and information - Managing the administrative tasks of the branch To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
