Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years in pre-primary school management or teaching

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the pre-primary school center
• Ensure high standards of teaching, discipline, and safety
• Manage staff and coordinate with parents and school management
• Oversee curriculum implementation and student progress
• Handle administrative tasks including documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pre-primary education or administration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
