Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Center / Floor Manager to join our team at EyeMantra. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the center or floor, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality services.
Supervise staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with various departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Center / Floor Manager in a similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
