Center Co-ordinator

Role Overview:
We are looking for a capable and socially committed Center Manager to lead the operations of a government-supported center. The role requires strong leadership, team management, and community engagement skills to ensure the center runs efficiently and delivers impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center
• Hire, train, and supervise staff and field teams
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance
• Develop and implement plans for center growth and outreach
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Organize community engagement activities and awareness drives
• Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and social responsibility

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience in managing staff and center operations
• Commitment to social development and public service
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute outreach initiatives
• Prior experience in government or community projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
