Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cement Plant Engineer located in Surat. The Cement Plant Engineer will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficient functioning of power generation systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring plant performance, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing operational best practices to ensure optimal productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plant Engineering and Plant Operations
• Strong skills in Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Experience with Power Generation systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the construction or cement industry is advantageous
