Celonis Process Mining Consultant

As a Process Mining Consultant at our leading firm's Global Business Services (GBS) division, you will be a key member of the Process Solutions CoE team, focusing on enhancing efficiencies and reducing costs by leveraging data and digital services. Your role will involve transforming digital process data into process models using advanced process mining techniques to drive insights and optimize business performance. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end Process Mining implementations using Celonis, analyzing, visualizing, and optimizing business processes. This includes identifying and integrating data sources, performing ETL operations, and building custom data models to uncover actionable insights. Your expertise will be crucial in designing interactive dashboards and views using PQL and Celonis Studio for automation and monitoring purposes. Additionally, you will conduct root cause analysis, address process inefficiencies using advanced Celonis functionalities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Staying updated with industry trends and enhancing methodologies to maximize process mining impact will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field with 3-10 years of experience in IT, Consulting, or Digital Transformation, including at least 3 years in strategy consulting. Hands-on experience with Celonis or similar tools, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Python and Celonis Studio Developer are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in functional domains like Finance or HR. Proficiency in tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence is beneficial.
