Perform equipment-related tasks in compliance with SOP, SWG, OPL, and checklists, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Execute Preventive Maintenance (PMs), material or parts refurbishment, and replenishment.
Perform any additional related tasks assigned by superiors.
Report to the Assistant Supervisor or Senior/Team Member.
Uphold 5S standards and ensure safety compliance.
Perform Level 1 & 2 Preventive Maintenance & Equipment troubleshooting according to WI & OCAP.
Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment at all times.
Execute all reliability engineering practices and programs in the plant.
Ensure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
Perform TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and PDM (Predictive Maintenance) activities as scheduled by the Equipment Engineer.
Ensure equipment is well maintained.
Participate in the installation and commissioning process.
Improve the useful life of plant, equipment, and machinery.
Participate actively in key projects such as tool utilization, cost reduction, production yield improvement, new machine qualification, downtime optimization, OEE improvement, and new parts evaluation/qualification using Six Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen, or similar applicable methodologies.
Perform other duties as assigned. Duties may vary according to project progress and/or specific goals of the division.
Achieve all KPIs set by the Shift Associate Equipment Engineer or Team Member.
Act as a mentor to train new Equipment and PM Technicians, enhancing their capabilities.
