Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Roles & Responsibilities : Core Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats or social media queries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs and resolve complaints promptly. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, services, pricing, and company policies. Clearly explain offerings and troubleshoot basic problems. Order & Booking Management: Assist customers in Bookings Services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, comments, and complaints. Update CRM systems with accurate customer data. Customer Relationship: Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied. Additional Responsibilities: Collect and report customer feedback to improve service. Work closely with the marketing/sales team for lead follow-ups. Meet personal/team performance goals and KPIs. Support during promotions, campaigns, or product launches.
