Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Roles & Responsibilities : Core Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats or social media queries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customer needs and resolve complaints promptly. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, services, pricing, and company policies. Clearly explain offerings and troubleshoot basic problems. Order & Booking Management: Assist customers in Bookings Services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service. (Sales) Booking Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities * Primary Role Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring a seamless client experience. * Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Follow-ups Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins). Respond promptly with accurate details of packages, pricing, and services. Maintain CRM records of leads and their status. Sales Conversion Understand client needs and suggest suitable rooms/packages. Persuade potential clients with offers, add-ons, and upselling options. Consistently meet and exceed monthly booking targets. Customer Engagement & Relations Build trust through professional and friendly communication. Provide venue tours (physical/virtual) to increase conversion chances. Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and referrals. Coordination with Teams Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked events. Share customer requirements (decorations, cakes, add-ons, timings) clearly. Reporting & Analysis Track daily leads, conversions, and cancellations. Prepare weekly booking reports for management. Suggest improvements in sales strategies and customer approach.
