CDS Technical Lead

You will play a key role in shaping the vision and strategy for network applications within the CNS S&C (Services & Care) Autonomous Network Domain Delivery Unit (DDU). Youll guide and inspire a skilled team of architects and engineers to design and deliver end-to-end solutions for complex global initiatives. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to transform complex requirements into impactful architectures. You have: Engineering Graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent degree with 15+ years of experience in leading Solution Architecture delivery in different network application technologies i.e. fulfillment, assurance, security, analytics, inventory etc. Experience in Agile or DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of packet core (4G/5G), slicing, VOLTE, IP Networks would be an added advantage. Exposure to cloud native, kubernetes, OCP/Tanzu/AWS, dockers, VNF, CNF will be preferred with a familiarity on security best practices in network applications. It would be nice if you also had: Knowledge of Network Application technologies, Nokia portfolio, and business environment. Strategic thinking and brought thought leadership to the unit with a strong customer focus (quality and time mindset). Strong influencing and facilitation skills. Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers, setting technical strategies for global Autonomous Network projects and demanding, cross-organizational solutions. Develop and maintain a robust architectural framework for network applications to ensure scalability, security, and optimal performance. Oversee the complete solution design lifecycle; from high-level to low-level design, baselining, and configuration management; to align with customer needs. Work closely with internal teams and customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, transforming business requirements into effective architecture solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture detailed customer requirements and deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools, driving innovation, automation initiatives, and future AI/ML capabilities. Provide strategic guidance during integration and verification phases, ensuring high-quality design deliverables and smooth solution acceptance. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, identify upsell opportunities, and assist in pre-sales efforts through effective knowledge sharing.
