Drive and support a team of 15-20 professionals, driving people management, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

Oversee vendor and partner relationships to ensure seamless Nokia service deliveries.

You have:

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

10+ years experience managing large-scale telecommunications implementation projects.

Hands-on knowledge of Nokia product suite (Orchestration / Flowone / NORC / CDPA / CDFF / CSC / RSC) or similar OSS/BSS platforms.

Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a collaborative setting.

Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
It would be nice if you also had:

Strong understanding of 5G Slicing, 5G SA/NSA networks, IP/MPLS, Optics, PACO, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, and Fixed networks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with teams, leadership, vendors, and customers.

Skilled in negotiation and conflict management to drive positive outcomes.

Ability to shape strategic plans, assess emerging technologies, and align telecom initiatives with business goals and market trends.
