As a CDS Technical Leader, youll bring your expertise to drive a team of engineers, inspire innovation, and drive the successful development and implementation of impactful solutions.  
 HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  -   Drive and support a team of 15-20 professionals, driving people management, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement.   
-   Recruit, mentor, and inspire talent while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.   
-   Set clear priorities, provide feedback through performance appraisals, and guide career development.   
-   Oversee vendor and partner relationships to ensure seamless Nokia service deliveries.   
-   Manage challenging projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.   
-   Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and customers while driving process improvements for efficiency and impact.   
  You have:
  
  -   Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.   
-   10+ years experience managing large-scale telecommunications implementation projects.   
-   Hands-on knowledge of Nokia product suite (Orchestration / Flowone / NORC / CDPA / CDFF / CSC / RSC) or similar OSS/BSS platforms.   
-   Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a collaborative setting.   
-   Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.   
 
   It would be nice if you also had:
  
  -   Strong understanding of 5G Slicing, 5G SA/NSA networks, IP/MPLS, Optics, PACO, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, and Fixed networks.   
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with teams, leadership, vendors, and customers.   
-   Skilled in negotiation and conflict management to drive positive outcomes.   
-   Ability to shape strategic plans, assess emerging technologies, and align telecom initiatives with business goals and market trends.
