Position: Chef de Partie (South Indian Cuisine)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of South Indian dishes in accordance with Le Pondy’s standards.
• Plan and execute daily mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and quality of all South Indian menu items.
• Supervise and guide Commis and trainees working in the South Indian section.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety as per FSSAI norms.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage through proper planning and storage.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and special events.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and cost control measures.
• Support banquet and outdoor catering operations when required.
• Comply with company policies, discipline, and grooming standards at all times.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
