Join a leading restaurant in Jamnagar offering a premium dining experience. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) with expertise in multi-cuisine dishes.

Position: CDP – Multi Cuisine

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a professional kitchen

Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes from various cuisines – Indian, Chinese, Continental, Tandoor, and more
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
• Maintain inventory and assist in kitchen planning

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Tandoori, and other global cuisines
• Creativity in food plating and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Sincere, punctual, and quality-focused
