FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE Roles and Responsibilities Manage kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. Supervise junior chefs, providing guidance on cooking techniques and menu knowledge. Collaborate with other teams to plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality control. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in an upscale restaurant setting. Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and ability to prepare bulk quantities for banquets or large events. Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
