Candidate should be a CDP having atleast 4 years plus experience in preparing specifically Goan food that includes a combination of coconuts, fish , meats, and local spices such as kokum. Sea food includes king fish, mackerels, tuna , pomfret, squids,etc. should be able to produce all the popular dishes like vindaloo, Xacuti, Sorpotel, Balchao, including pickles and deserts like dodol, Baath,etc. must have a flair for presentation. Salary is no bar for the right candidate,
