Work with a premium kitchen team serving a fusion of Continental and Mediterranean cuisine — from creamy pastas and risottos to hummus bowls, mezze platters, grilled chicken, and signature desserts.

If you’re passionate about global flavors, plating precision, and modern cooking techniques — we’d love to have you on board.

Cuisine Focus:

• Mezze platters, hummus, baba ganoush
• Grilled Mediterranean-style chicken & lamb
• Pasta, risotto, and European-style mains
• Fresh salads, gourmet starters, and classic desserts

Key Responsibilities:

CDP / DCDP:

• Handle Continental & Mediterranean sections
• Lead prep, cooking, and presentation
• Maintain quality, train junior staff

Commis I / II:

• Assist in food prep and station maintenance
• Follow recipes and plating standards
• Support senior chefs with day-to-day operations

Candidate Profile:

• 1–6 years of kitchen experience
• Knowledge of Continental & Mediterranean cuisine
• Culinary training preferred
• Team player with attention to detail
