Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Chinese and Thai cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring high-quality food presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Thai dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas.
• Manage inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CDP or similar role in Chinese and Thai cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
