Job Description

You are required to join Sony Enterprises in Amritsar as an experienced CCTV Technician with at least 4 to 10 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include the installation, repair, and maintenance of CCTV systems, along with possessing knowledge of electrical/video installation and network administration. Additionally, it is preferred that you have computer literacy and security hardware knowledge. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service by explaining technical details to customers in a simple manner and negotiating sales. You should be adept at accurate record-keeping of equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and recording of camera systems and preparing reports on required improvements. The ability to work full-time and on a permanent basis is essential for this position.
