CCTV Technician

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to CCTV installation and repair.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.

Experience:

• 1 year

​Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and related hardware.
• Conduct site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and system requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to service calls and diagnose system issues.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation of their CCTV systems.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
