Qualification:
a. Graduate (Non-Engineering) with min 1 Year Diploma course in IT
Hardware & Networking.
b. 3 Years Diploma ECE / IT
c. Graduate in Science - BSc - Phy , BSc IT / Networking
Basic knowledge on computer Network & Hardware.
Self-motivated and ready to work extended hours
Good-to-Have Hands-on experience in IT hardware / Network
Background On field work – need to visit and work closely with Test center staffs
Others Strong communication skills
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Closely monitoring the CCTV cameras of the respective center / location as assigned by the
Team Leader using the standard checklist.
2 Follow the standard process of notifying in the event of any non-compliances / suspicious
activity observed with details to the center manager / reporting manager.
3 Daily check for the health status of the CCTV / surveillance system, DVR/NAS devices and
cameras installed at the location and maintain record for the same.
4 Timely identification of any faults in CCTV surveillance system and ensure that the fault is
fixed within TAT at assigned locations.
5 Maintain the track of the CCTV Surveillance Data, Copy it in external Storage devices on daily
basis.
