Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring & MIS Officer to oversee live surveillance of all Welmont Preschool & Daycare branches. The role involves continuous monitoring of CCTV systems, timely incident reporting, and preparing MIS reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds across all Welmont schools.
Identify and report safety, security, or operational issues.
Maintain incident logs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Retrieve and share footage for investigations when required.
Ensure cameras and systems are functional; escalate technical issues.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (IT/Security preferred).
Experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations desirable.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and alertness.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,474.57 - ₹12,622.89 per month
