CCTV Monitoring Executive

As a CCTV Monitoring Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises by overseeing surveillance equipment and identifying potential security threats. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect and assess potential security risks. - Document and report any suspicious or unusual activity observed. - Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure all cameras are functional. - Respond promptly to alerts and alarms, taking appropriate action as needed. - Provide support to law enforcement or security personnel whenever required. - Conduct routine checks and inspections of cameras and recording equipment. - Maintain detailed incident logs and observations during shifts. - Assist in retrieving footage as necessary for investigations. - Coordinate effectively with other security personnel to maintain overall site security. - Adhere strictly to company protocols and security procedures. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or surveillance certification may be required). - Previous experience in security, surveillance, or monitoring is advantageous. - Familiarity with CCTV systems, software, and equipment is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. - Good communication skills for accurately reporting incidents. - Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. - Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations proficiently.
