Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV footage and ensure continuous surveillance of all critical areas.
Identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards on screen.
Immediately alert security personnel and concerned departments during any incident.
Maintain CCTV logs, event reports, and daily activity records.
Review recorded footage when required for investigations.
Ensure all CCTV cameras and equipment are functioning properly; report faults.
Follow security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support emergency response and crisis management activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality of footage and security information.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary)
preferred.
Minimum 16 years of experience in security operations or CCTV monitoring.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance software.
Ability to stay alert, focused, and calm under pressure.
