CCB Fraud Strategic Analytics - Sr Associate

As a Strategic Analytics Senior Associate, you will collaborate with the risk team to develop insightful analytics and recommendations for the business related to Fraud & Scam Risk-Prevention strategy development, implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining periodic analytics to offer management a comprehensive view of emerging fraud & scam trends and the quality of originated accounts. You will need to gain a detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers to provide insights across the complete account lifecycle. Acquiring knowledge of operational processes such as manual underwriting, portfolio management, and collections will assist in comprehending acquisition performance drivers. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct ad hoc analytics and contribute to various projects representing Risk Management. To qualify for this role, a Master's degree and 3 years of Risk Management or other quantitative experience are preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Risk Management or other quantitative experience are required. You should have familiarity with risk analytic techniques, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication abilities. Experience in delivering recommendations to senior management, the ability to independently solve complex business problems, and an intermediate/advanced understanding of SAS, SQL, SAS Enterprise Miner, or other decision tree software are also essential. Moreover, you should be capable of querying large volumes of data and transforming raw data into actionable management information.,
