Job Description

About the Role:

This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and

driving transformation within the SBB division. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue,

enhance portfolio growth through NTB acquisition as well ETB portfolio, ensure risk compliance and drive sales

productivity.

Location Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai/Bangalore/Kolkata/Ahmedabad/ Chandigarh/Lucknow. Reporting (Matrix)

Key Responsibilities:

. Business Goals and Profitability:

o Own the P&L of the flagship product with the objective of maximizing revenue. This includes growing

the overall portfolio & book size through topline disbursement and portfolio retention, cross-sell/up-

sell of other bank products to improve the overall RAROC of the business

o Prepare geography-specific sales budgets and execute strategies to achieve targets, along with

preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

o Responsible for Geography sales targets, ensuring growth and profitability of the portfolio

. Compliance and Risk Management:

o Ensure risk compliance through completion of RAR observations, addressing repeat observations,

and managing RMP observations to maintain a strong compliance culture within your team

o Improve business processes for a seamless delivery while maintaining a balance between customer

needs/expectations and business objectives

o Review existing products and policy guidelines to ensure compliance with all statutory

requirements

. Sales and Channel Development:

o Responsible for the preparation and execution of strategy for sales, products and channel

development

o Develop and enhance new and existing distribution channels, such as Branches, Open Market, AVC

o Ensure adoption and usage of Siddhi, as well as promotion of digital adoption through tools

pertaining to the business ( OMEGA, SFDC, LOS etc)

o Scale up applications through digital journeys to streamline processes and improve efficiency

o Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with Sales team to ensure that corporate strategies

are percolated down to the ground level sales force

o Create a performance oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivity

. Customer Experience:

o Drive a fulfilling customer journey to achieve customer delight and making the Bank the partner of

choice

o Responsible for increasing customer retention and driving engagement across existing customers to

improve Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction, and the lifetime value (LTV) of the customer.

o Establish and strengthen relations with key customers to enhance relationships and generate

sustained business

o Identify and convert potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product

penetration

. Collaboration & People Priorities:

o Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Credit, Product, Operations) to drive business results

o Control regrettable attrition across all grades to maintain a strong and motivated team

o Drive various people agenda, including but not limited to, values, talent management, internal mobility, culture, learning and development initiatives o Build and nurture relationships with strategically important partners and agents.

Qualifications:

. Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute

. 12+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 3-4 years in MSME segment.
