Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using CATIA (V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE). • Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure proper fit, form, and function. • Perform design simulations and analysis to validate concepts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing and quality assurance. • Modify existing designs to improve performance or reduce cost. • Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMS, and release packages. • Participate in design reviews and implement feedback. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field. • 3+ years of experience with CATIA software in a design or engineering role. • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes. • Experience with automotive aerospace or industrial product design is preferred. • Familiarity with PLM systems and PDM tools.
