CATI RESEARCHER (PRIMARY RESEARCHER)

Location: Noida, Sector-1 (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 6–12 months in CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing)
Budget: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated CATI Research Executive with hands-on experience in conducting primary research surveys via telephone. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have prior exposure to CATI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone-based surveys and interviews with respondents in line with research objectives.
• Collect, record, and validate data accurately using CATI software.
• Ensure all research is conducted in compliance with project guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage respondent queries professionally and maintain engagement throughout the call.
• Collaborate with the research team to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide inputs on improving call efficiency, data accuracy, and respondent experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 6–12 months in CATI research/telephone surveys.
• Communication: Good to excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
• Ability to engage with respondents confidently and handle objections.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured scripts.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
